A training document at an Idaho school shows how the recently enacted “Pediatric Secretive Transitions Parental Rights Act” is being used to report kids attempting to socially transition.
While the injunctions narrows the conditions under which trans people can be prosecuted, it also means that trans people will be more uncertain on whether they are following the law at any given time.
To the Idaho outlets covering the dismissal of the lawsuit without acknowledging the tragedy that caused it, I ask: How many trans people have to die before you put us in the headlines?

Simply put, the bill’s restrictions will be made into a normal part of taking care of kids in Idaho. It creates a dragnet to watch and enforce gender-conformity on all children in Idaho.
