I've been described as a "prolific writer" and an "academia slayer." My journalism interests boil down to "loudly declare what is happening" as an act of both radical community defense and self-care. I'd been in news for 3 years, advocacy for 6, and professional writing for 8 prior to starting up 'The Needle'. I'm also an academic-in-training, having finished my Bachelor's in Feminist Rhetorical Practices and currently working on concurrent Master's in Advanced Philosophy and Gender, Politics, and International Relations.
