The Needle is looking for 1-3 beat reporters to join the team writing between 1 and 3 stories a month on the topic of trans culture. We're looking for people with some media experience, but some does not mean a lot. Those who can point to being in-tune with trans culture and a willingness to learn but no formal journalism experience are also encouraged to apply.
Rates are negotiable based on experience. We pay our contributors per word published.
